Meet the team
Jason Beech

Jason is a professional consultant to a very large Japanese engineering concern and has been living in Asia for more than seven years. In his spare time, Jason enjoys sailing and, of course, diving. Passionate about the sea, Jason is happiest when near or, preferably, in the water.
Jason has honed his cocktail making skills to the point where he can make even the most palatable of spirits undrinkable and, possibly, highly dangerous with the minimum of effort. His curry making abilities are held in similar renown.
After nearly drowning during the Indian Ocean tsunami, Jason considers himself somewhat of an expert at holding his breath underwater. He was hit by the waves whilst in a beach hut which completely flooded twice, and attributes his survival solely to his diver training. The tsunami was undoubtedly a watershed in Jason’s life and the genesis of Jason’s nude free diving habit. Jason’s tsunami experience and serious case of the dreaded bends means that he has a laid back perspective and is determined to get the most out of every moment of life.
He may seem sensible but in Mike’s words “Jason is a strange boy and should be watched, preferably from very long way away.”
